Neighborhood Improvement Funding Program

The Neighborhood Improvement Funding Program supports a street, block, neighborhood or community event or project by providing funding of up to $1,000 for projects that increase communication among neighbors, improve the physical condition of a neighborhood, enhance neighborhood pride and identity and help build bridges between cultural groups. The program is administered by the Parks and Recreation Department. The Neighborhood Improvement Funding Program supports efforts to create a successful project while strengthening a neighborhood and the Windsor community.
