On November 8, 2016, Proposition 64 was voted into law by the people of the State of California. Many aspects of the law take effect immediately, and some elements of the law are subject to local control and discretion.
The Town Council is interested in resident feedback on the new law, and input on how best to implement this new law in our community. The Town welcomes public input at this meeting.
The meeting will be held:
Tuesday, December 6, 2016
6:00pm – 7:30pm
Windsor Regional Library
Community Forum Room
Town officials, including Police Chief Carlos Basurto, Town Attorney Robin Donoghue, Community Development Director Ken MacNab and Town Manager Linda Kelly, will be present at the meeting to answer questions about the new law.
You may send your questions to the Town in advance of the meeting. The Town has dedicated an email address to take your questions: prop64@townofwindsor.com.
Spanish language translation services will be available.
