On Monday, November 28, at 5:00 p.m., the Windsor Town
Council will consider accepting the final draft general plan policy document
and directing staff to prepare an environmental impact report for the general
plan update project. Additionally, a follow-up discussion on mixed-use land
designations and development in the area of east Shiloh Road will take place.

review at Windsor Town Hall located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, the
Windsor Public Library located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 100, and
Café Noto located at 630 McClelland Drive, Windsor.
Windsor residents, Town Councilmembers,
Planning Commissioners, and staff have been working on updating the general
plan for almost two years. The original general plan was adopted in 1996. This
meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Windsor Senior Center
while the Council Chambers undergoes renovations. The location of the Senior
