On Monday, November 28 at 5:00 p.m., the Windsor Town Council will meet to discuss the Public Review Draft General Plan and give direction to proceed with Environmental Review of the document. The Public Review Draft General Plan can be viewed here: http://www.windsor2040.com/meetings/. This meeting will not be held at Town Hall, but will be held at the Windsor Senior Center at 9231 Foxwood Drive, Windsor.
