This Thursday evening, October 27 at 5:30pm, the Town will hold the next joint meeting of the Town Council and Planning Commission on the General Plan Update.
The meeting will start with an overview of Ballot Measure K by the County of Sonoma staff.
The General Plan Update portion of the meeting includes a presentation and discussion of follow-up topics pertaining to the Draft Land Use and Community Design Element of the General Plan. The agenda item will address (1) land use designations for the Eastern Edge Residential area, (2) revisions to the mixed-use land use designations, and (3) requests for land use designation changes.
